I recently decided to propose to my girlfriend. My first challenge was finding a hotel that was right for the occasion, and after searching numerous hotels, the Rally stood out. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Laurie; she was really friendly and kind! After mentioning that I was planning to propose, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, she even brought sparkling wine up to the room! Her great customer service and professionalism really helped plan this unforgettable moment. The location of The Rally is perfect, near multiple bars and restaurants! Towards the end of the night, I did request a late check out. Kat was more than happy to help. Again, I can’t express how great, friendly, and professional the staff that evening was. I would definitely recommend The Rally for anyone looking to have the best experience in Denver

This was my first trip to Denver. Eager and excited this hotel disappointed me so much. The glowing lights on the headboard did not work. The phone did not work. I’d ask for a note to be left for my birthday and nothing was done. I’d called the front desk from my cell to inform them of my issues. They told me they could change my room to pack up everything. I woke up at 5 am to pack up everything before going skiing only to return to the same room with the same issues. I spoke with the manager who said his name was Collin. He was extremely rude. He was more interested in arguing than fixing the problem. I am not confrontational so I simply asked Collin his last name. He said I did not need to know it. He then asked me why was I still taking to him. He did nothing to resolve my concerns or issues. He insisted on over talking me the entire time. The hotel charged me an extra $90 for some sort of convenience fee for the restaurants near the hotel in which I did not eat at. This is a beautiful hotel but the customer service lacks. I was barely greeted or acknowledged during my stay. Collin treated me as if he was on vacation and my presence was an inconvenience. They single handily made me feel unimportant on my birthday and ruined my first stay in Denver. Collin belittled me and made me feel irrelevant.

The Rally team made us feel so welcome to downtown Denver. From free drink vouchers to ice skating tickets our incredibly warm welcome made us feel like special guests! Laurie alone (at the front desk) is reason enough to return to this venue but the wider team is so incredibly accommodating. 💖 Rally is where our points and money go, forever and always.

I checked into the hotel and had the most amazing service from Colton at the front desk. I have not had this nice and attentive service in years. I have high status at a large hotel chain and never receive this level of customer service at those hotels. Both he and his counter part were obvious team players and work well together. They made great recommendations for dinner and because of the tricky location and not being from this area Colton even walked me to the restaurant! Second night, called down to the front desk and Colton remembered my name and was eager to help with my needs. The room is spectacular and very clean! Housekeeping staff is also amazing and very helpful! I would stay here again 100%. Thanks Rally Staff, wish all my hotel stays were this fantastic!

We stayed two nights at the Rally Hotel and had the best time. The hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The complimentary wine and beer at check in was a wonderful touch. Colton at the front desk is amazing! Very kind, professional and accommodating! My husband and I loved all the baseball memorabilia in the lobby. The bars, rooms, pool and gym were very clean, quiet and beautiful. The rooftop pool view is amazing as well as the room view of Mcgregor Square and the ice rink during holiday season! Everyone we encountered during our stay was very kind and helpful. The gentlemen working the courtesy car stand were also great! If you want a good local bar/restaurant we suggest Jackson's and Tom's Watch Bar which is located right outside the hotel. We loved our mini vacation and definitely will come back to this hotel and strongly recommend it to anyone.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to come to Denver for the last series of the baseball season. We enjoyed our stay and the fun things we did in Denver while we were there. The trip was ruined by the reservation process and the lack of professionalism of the front desk. I made a reservation a couple months earlier and was immediately inundated with promotional emails. I called to see if I could change my reservation to take advantage of baseball tickets offered with one of the room packages. The person at the front desk helped change my reservation for one 3-day and one 1-day reservation which included tickets to the game. (I was surprised to see the tickets as a line item on my folio when we checked out – I thought it would be a perk of the hotel.) I asked the rep had made the reservations for the same room type and was told I would “simply” have to check out at the front desk after the 1st reservation and check in again for the last night. I specifically asked to not have to change rooms. When we arrived I checked in and talked with the front desk about my two reservations and was told, again, that I would “simply” have to check out and back in with them on the morning of my last reservation. Again, I specifically asked to not have to change rooms. When Sunday came, I called the front desk and was told I had to come in person and present a credit card. Not sure why they couldn’t just use the one I had on file for the original reservation. When I arrived, the rep proceeded to check me out and check me back in and informed me I would have to change rooms. I was adamant that I was told I would NOT have to change rooms and was greeted with apologies and demeaning remarks implying that I was not a VIP. After repeated requests, we still had to pack all our belongings and change rooms. It was a great inconvenience and took time away from our vacation. In addition, when we went to our new room, the keys didn’t work and we had to ask a maid to let us in. I would suggest that front desk personnel be trained to take reservations and manage the rooms in a manner that does not inconvenience the guests. It was a very bad experience. In addition to technical training, I would suggest the front desk personnel be trained in customer service, positivity, listening skills, making a good first impression with their dress and the way they address guests. I was standing next to an older gentleman in a suit who was addressed by the front desk person as “boss.” He was very offended and called the hotel rep out but did not receive an apology. The greetings I received from the security personnel, valet and gift shop clerks were more professional that what I heard from the front desk, which is unfortunate because they should set the groundwork for a positive, enjoyable stay at a hotel that charges $500/night. We spent a lot of free time at the rooftop pool which was extremely small, although the hot tub was spacious and at a good temperature. We were disappointed when on the last day, after we had paid for the late checkout, we were expecting to spend one more afternoon in the spa and were greeted with an “Under Construction” sign. One night, we were at the pool bar and wanted to watch the ballgame, but when we asked the bartender to turn on the sound on the TV, he replied by asking us if we wanted the music turned up or down (listening skills??). We ended up going back to our room to watch and hear the play-by-play. Overall, we had a nice time in Denver, attended two baseball games, visited a distillery and the baseball museum, finding several reasonably-priced cafes and sports bars, and spent a half-day at the zoo. Not sure when we might visit Denver again, but we would probably stick with a hotel brand that we know will give us a more enjoyable experience for the price.

The service was not good. For the price of the hotel they do not treat you nicely. I was offered an upgrade option for later check out. They told me I would know upon arrival if it was granted. When I checked in they told me I would have to …

Such and great experience! Marie and Brian’s customer service was exceptional making me feel so welcome and taken care of! From booking to check in the process was seamless. I loved the chic and modern vibes especially the complimentary bubbles at check-in and the in room bar full of local favorite spirits! Will definitely be back!
